Masicorp Pty Limited ("Masicorp") is bound by
the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Act")
which sets out a number of principles concerning the protection
of your personal information. The Act sets out a series of
obligations detailing how private sector organisations must
handle personal information collected about an individual.
The Act implements the National Privacy Principles ("NPP")
which sets out how private sector organisations should collect,
use, disclose and store personal information, as well as the
right of individuals to access and correct the information.
Maiscorp respects your privacy. Any personal information
will be collected lawfully and fairly, and not in an unreasonably
intrusive way. Your details will only be used in relation
to the Masicorp business activities in the course of implementing
our terms of service or responding to an enquiry about Masicorp.
Masicorp Privacy Policy
Masicorp develops software products for a variety of industries
and as such during the course of scoping, developing and supporting
such software products we will come across and have access
to private and or sensative information. We also collect company
and personal information about our customes and people who
make enquiries about our company and or our products.
a. What information does Masicorp collect?
Masicorp collects information from several sources. We collect
information on customers, consultants, partners, resellers,
suppliers, people who make enquiries about our products and
who buy our products, and on our employees and contractors.
Our records will generally contain a variety of personal
information, including but not limited to, contact details,
address details and the Masicorp products and services of
interest to a person or details of the Masicorp products and
services a customer has purchased from us.
We also hold information about our employees and contractors.

records and other internal administrative information. Our
handling of employee information is covered by a separate

organisations. In particular, Masicorp may obtain contact

e. You can access the information we keep about you

to see any personal information that Masicorp may have concerning
you. A formal request from you is required if you would like

access your personal information;
change any inaccurate or out of date personal information;
or
have your personal information deleted.
In some cases we may need to impose a charge for providing
access to personal information to reflect the cost of finding
this information and providing it to you.
Masicorp reserves the right to refuse a request to access
personal information where the identity of the individual
making the request is in doubt, or where legal professional
privilege exists or where the rights of Masicorp may be prejudiced.
f. Deleting the information we have about you
If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please
let us know in the same manner and we will take all reasonable
steps to delete it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.
Occasionally, information that a person requests to be removed
will be retained in certain files in order to resolve disputes
or for auditing purposes. In addition, information is never
completely removed from our databases due to technical and
legal constraints, including stored "back up" systems.
Therefore, people should not expect that all of their personally
identifiable information will be completely removed from our
databases in response to their requests.

Masicorp understands the importance of information security.
We apply high standards of security to personal information
that is held within our business. We will endeavor to take
all reasonable steps to keep secure any information that we
hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and
up to date. We require all our employees to respect the confidentiality
of any personal information held by Masicorp.
Unfortunately, no information security system over the internet
can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot give an
absolute assurance that the information you provide to us
will be secure at all times. We do, however, regularly review
our security practices to minimise the possibility of any
unauthorised access, modification or disclosure to personal
information or other confidential information. Further, we
engage the services of a specialist security company that
oversees and continuously monitors our Information Technology
environment in order to maintain the highest possible level

If Masicorp becomes aware of any ongoing concerns or problems

Our business will continue to evolve as we continuously improve
our products and services. As a result, our policies will
be reviewed from time to time, and may be revised. Masicorp
reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time
and notify you by posting an updated version of the Privacy
Policy on our website.
The amended Privacy Policy will apply between us whether
or not we have given you specific notice of any change.
